The City of Ruston Light & Power Department maintains a 24-hour dispatch center to respond to emergencies. Electric system activity is continuously monitored to ensure system stability and reliable service. We use state-of-the-art communication technology to monitor and access equipment at our electrical substations, helping ensure dependable service at all times.
