Facility Rental - Civic Center
The Ruston Civic Center is a newly renovated multifunction facility perfect for trade shows, banquets, weddings, receptions and cultural events. We can accommodate a variety of event configurations with a large conference hall that can be divided into two separate halls. The large kitchen, with direct access to the loading bay, is convenient for outside caterers. Our experienced staff is available to help plan event set-up. The Peach Suite is available as a meeting room for breakout sessions or small seminars.
Civic Center & Lobby
- (8 A. M. – 12 Midnight) (Capacity 600)
- Monday-Thursday: $900 per day
- Friday-Saturday: $1,600 per day
- In addition a $500 Damage/Clean Up Deposit is required, which will be refunded after an inspection of the facility is completed.

Peach Suite
- (8 A.M. - 12 Midnight) (Capacity 50)
- Monday-Thursday: $200 per day
- Friday-Saturday: $300 per day
- In addition a $100 Damage/Clean Up Deposit is require, which will be refunded after an inspection of the facility is completed.
