The Ruston Regional Airport is located approximately 4 miles east of Downtown Ruston and the FAA designation is RSN. It consists of a 100’ wide x 6,000 long asphalt runway orientated on 18/36 headings. The terminal building is home to Ruston Flying Service/Louisiana Aircraft, the designated Fixed Base Operator, a passenger lounge, pilot’s lounge, and flight planning center. The Louisiana Tech aviation program operates out of a modern Flight Operations Center on the one end of the field.
Ruston Regional is a general service airport and is home to an air-ambulance helicopter service, multiple corporate aircraft, Louisiana Tech training aircraft and privately owned aircraft.
